About the Author

Yolanda M. Epps writes the books she went looking for and couldn't find.

She grew up on the 26th floor, high enough to see the Bronx, the Hudson River, and the whole stretch of downtown. From that height, life looked bigger than her fears. She learned early that she wasn't boxed in, wasn't capped, and wasn't stuck — that there was more beyond what she had learned and more beyond what she had survived. That view is in everything she has written since.

A transformational author, speaker, and certified life coach, her work helps people break emotional patterns, live intentionally, and rebuild with clarity and courage. Her writing blends emotional honesty, spiritual truth, and practical direction, and it asks the reader to look at the one part of any situation they can actually move — their own.

Her first book, Loving Me: A Journey of Transformation, Empowerment & Self-Love, became the foundation for everything that followed: the companion journals, the workbooks, and the Loving Me life coaching program, built on her OAC Method — Ownership, Accountability, Choice.

She believes every new day is proof that God is not finished with your story, and her work is built to help people live like it.

Yolanda speaks at conferences, women's ministries, corporate events, and community programs. She writes and publishes from New York.
